Theme 1 is free. Then RM298 a theme early bird (normal RM380).

How each theme works

Every theme runs over two Wednesday evenings, a week apart. Come to one or to both.

Part 1

For adults

What it is
The theme as it shows up in adult life, at work and at home
What you do
Work on your own experience with paper, colour and clay
What you leave with
An exercise and an image of your own to keep
Who comes
Anyone living the theme, and the coaches, counsellors and managers who support them

Part 2

For children and adolescents

What it is
The same theme as children and teenagers live it
What you do
Try each exercise yourself first, then learn to adapt it by age
What you leave with
Exercises and sentences you can use with a child the next day
Who comes
Parents, grandparents, teachers, counsellors and youth workers

Part 2 is also where many adults meet the child they once were. Most of these patterns were planted early, so learning how to help a child with them often shows you where your own began.

Each evening stands on its own.

Prof. Hildrun Rolff

Leads every evening live

Most people teaching art-based methods learned them from someone. Hildrun is the someone. She designed and led Germany’s first Art Therapy – Social Art degree at Alanus University, the programme a generation of practitioners was then trained inside.

Her method is trauma-sensitive by construction, not by disclaimer: the body leads and the naming follows, never the other way round.

  • Founder, Germany’s first Art Therapy – Social Art degree, Alanus University
  • Forty years in art therapy, art-based coaching and university teaching
  • Developer of Biography-Based Art Coaching
  • Has taught practitioners across Europe and Asia
“Our aim is never simply to help children endure bullying better. We want to help them regain their ability to act, while adults take responsibility for making the situation safer.”Hildrun Rolff, on the third theme

How it works, and who it is for

What an evening is like

You sit at your own table with paper, colours and clay. Hildrun guides you live, one step at a time. You draw, you shape, and you look at what appeared. Nobody tells you what your picture means.

Each evening stands on its own, so you can come to one theme or to all five.

Who it is for

What you learn here is a skill and an understanding, and it doesn’t stay with you alone. Once you’ve felt how it works, you can sit beside someone you love, a child, a partner, a parent, a friend, and keep them company through the same thing.

It is for you, for someone you love, and for the people you work with as a coach, counsellor, teacher or manager.

These are coaching evenings for everyday life. They aren’t therapy and don’t replace professional support where that’s needed.

Start with one free Wednesday evening.

Theme 1 is on 18 and 25 November 2026. Come, see how working this way feels, and decide about the rest afterwards.
